It is a pleasure for us to present you an exclusive offer to supply your operations with high quality coal, extracted from legally formalized mines in Colombia. Our coal is known for its integrity, high carbon content, low ash content and low sulfur content. It is ideal for use in many applications, including but not limited too, power generation, steel manufacturing and cement production.

Type A coal: an efficient, high-performance energy resource, with exceptional calorie and moisture content characteristics.

Versatile and technically superior quality, suitable for various industrial and energetic applications.

Anthracite

High carbon content, it is perfect for specialized applications where purity is essential.

  2. Available quantity: 20,000 ton/month.

A fundamental mineral for the metallurgical and technology industry, with exceptional levels of purity and quality.

  1. Particle size: delivered as sliver type.
  2. Available quantity: 5,000 ton/month.

Results correspond to the analyzes carried out on samples of each type of mineral, by allied certified laboratories in the indicated analysis parameters.

Exploitation plan

The exploitation operation will begin with a delivery plan of 60,000 metric tons per month for the first 6 months of exploitation and with a second expansion phase for 120,000 metric tons.

The delivery plans will be 19,000 metric tons per week, either at mine collection point or at port. The first delivery will be 45 days after starting and documentary formalization of operation. This for type A and B coal.

For anthracite and graphite coals, delivery of offered quantities is maintained with possibility of expansion.

International Trade Terms

Delivery Location:

  • Port of Brisa, Colombia (Types A, B and anthracite coal).
  • Port of Barranquilla, OHL maritime transport (Graphite type coal).

Terms of Trade (INCOTERMS): 

  • FOB (Free On Board) – All loading and unloading shipment costs at port are buyer responsibility, for types A, B and anthracite coals.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight – Cost, Insurance and Freight) – The seller pays cost of freight and insurance to bring merchandise to designated port of destination. The risk is transferred to the buyer once goods are on board ship. It applies, if necessary for graphite-type carbon.

Unit Price2:

    • Type A: 141 USD/ton3
    • Type B: 123 USD/ton
    • Anthracite: 209 USD/ton
    • Graphite: 400 USD/ton

Note 2: prices offered are in accordance with international prices as of October 3rd, 2023. At the time of negotiation, they are established in accordance with offer in the international market.

Note3: “ton” means metric ton.

  • Supply agreement: minimum commercial relationship of 1 year, extendable depending on commercial relationship. 
  • Payment terms: irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit of Credit (SBLC MT760/MT103).

Additional Services

Sampling and analysis: we offer mineral quality sampling and analysis services if necessary.

Documentation

The different types of minerals offered have a certificate of origin, a current concession contract, a national mining registry and the Single Registry of Mineral Marketers (RUCOM), which will be supplied once the agreement is perfected and formalized.
